Sales Rep

Salt City Window Treatments is looking for dedicated, self driven sales reps to join our team. Please review the following information to see if we are the right fit

You will be a 1099 employee. In other words you do not work for Salt City Window Treatments, you work with us. You will be considered an independent sales rep.

What does this mean for you -

You can use our already built/know brand to drives sales and build your business. We will provide you all tools and training material to be a successful sales rep. Our in house admin and installation team will make your job really easy. All you need to do is sale the product and we will handle the rest! Our ultimate goal is to create a strong, long lasting relationship. Please note as a 1099 employee we do not take out any taxes from your pay. It is your responsibility at the end of the tax year to report all earnings and pay your taxes due.

Sales rep minimum -

We require you to do a minimum amount of business per year to continue doing business with us. This isn’t because we don’t appreciate you, this is simply because of the resources we have to use to have you as a rep. The minimum gross sales per year is $15,000.

Job Details -

We are an onsite only company which means we do not have a sales floor. We travel to the customers house with product and provide in home estimates. You will be responsible to purchase your own samples. We do have company samples that you can borrow to get started or a payback program for samples. You get all the product at our wholesale cost. This price will include installation. We provide you with MSRPs but ultimately the markup is your choice. Your split will be based off of the jobs net profit.

Tier Structure-

Tier 1 - $0.00 - $25,000 50/50 Split

Tier 2 - Become a Team Lead

Team Lead-

Once you hit Tier 2 you are able to build a team with up to 10 reps. You will receive 10% of all your reps net profit

Pay Structure -

Commission based

Payment approved upon successful installation

Pay day every Friday

**You will be required to pass a background check**
